What we collect
- Account data: your name, work email, company name and a hashed password.
- Receivables data you connect or enter: client business names, contact names and emails, invoice numbers, amounts, dates, payment status, and client replies you paste in.
- Demo requests: name, work email, company, team size and accounting tool.
- Website usage: pages viewed, tool usage and button clicks, linked to a random identifier stored in a cookie, plus the campaign or referring site that brought you to us.

How we use data
To provide the service (prioritizing invoices, drafting reminders you approve, tracking promises and disputes), to secure accounts, to support you, and to understand which pages and channels are useful. We do not sell personal information and do not use your clients’ data for advertising.

Retention
Account and receivables data are kept while your account is active. Demo sandboxes are deleted after 24 hours. Backups are kept for about two weeks.
Your choices
You can request access to, export of, or deletion of your data by contacting support@obligely.com. We respond within 30 days.
Security
Encryption in transit, hashed passwords, encrypted accounting tokens, per-company data isolation and an audit log. See Security.
